There's a particular kind of magic in watching a family truly relax together — kids cannonballing into the pool, grandparents finally putting their feet up, everyone at one long dinner table at the end of the day. That's the feeling I plan for.

I became a travel advisor because I was tired of watching friends spend their vacation savings on a resort that looked great online and fell flat in person — the wrong pool, the wrong crowd, a "kids' club" that was really a closet with a TV. Choosing well takes someone who has actually been there, asks the right questions, and cares how your trip turns out.

So that's what I do. I work one family at a time, from my home office, and I'll know your travelers by name before you leave. No call centers, no upsells — just a real person who answers the phone and gets it right.
